ACCOMMODATION

Participants have to make hotel reservation by themselves.
A number of hotels have been selected and alerted in collaboration with FLORENCE CONVENTION BUREAU for this purpose.
The hotels are located close to the Congress venue and are all walking distance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The pool of rooms is reserved until 31st March 2013. After that date all reservations are subjected to hotels availability.

Rates are per room per night inclusive of breakfast and VAT.

Prices are NOT inclusive of the FLORENCE CITY TAX
