Abstracts (250 words in length) dealing with the general field of
industrial crystallization are invited.
The Symposium will cover the following topics:
Novel crystallization product and process: large tonnage and fine chemicals, pharmaceutical and food products
Design and operation of crystallizers: equipment, simulation, sensors, control of crystallizers
Fundamentals in crystallization processes: nucleation, growth, mixing and CFD
Molecular aspects of crystal growth: polymorphism, role of additives, nanoparticles
All papers will be given as poster presentations. Selected papers
will also be presented in a plenary session together with a few invited
papers. The official language of the conference will be english.
An award for presentation quality will be given to two posters.
