PRESENTATIONS
Plenary
lectures last 40 minutes while the other lectures last 20
minutes, including discussion.
This
time includes the introduction of the speaker by the chairperson, the presentation
and the discussion.
If necessary the chairperson will ask to break off the lecture when the time
is past.
Please keep the number of slides limited to avoid overload of the audience.
The presentation will be ONLY with PC projectors
Overhead projector for transparences will NOT be available.
Authors
are invited to plug their own computers to the projectors.
However a PC (Windows 2000, Office 2000) will be available in the session
room, where Authors may upload their power point file the day before the presentation
or during the breaks.
The presentation should start with a title sheet (title of the presentation,
authors and affiliation).
