Participants wishing to attend the conference need a valid registration.

Speakers and their papers have to be registered before February 20.
Each registration covers the publication of one paper. Please identify the paper to be published by indicating its id-number.
A paper not valid registered before the deadline cannot be published into CET

Registrations onsite are not possible.
Only delegates provided with the exhibition pass (sent in advance by the ICheaP Secretariat) will have access to the Rho Fiera area.

Please note that all the major cards are accepted. It is not required to be registered to Paypal Circuit.

The basic fee includes: acess to technical sessions; entrance to IPACK-IMA fair and FRUTIC Conference; conference facilities; proceedings (USB memory stick); coffee breaks; 3 buffet-lunches; 1 cocktail; 22% taxes

The fee does not include the conference dinner and the accommodation.
In planning your travel please take in high consideration the fact that the conference is held in the same period of the EXPO2015 and of other Events

According to Italian fiscal rules, this registration form can be accepted only if either VAT number of the Organization (for invoicing to organization) or C.F. of the participant (for invoicing to a private person) is provided.

IMPORTANT NOTES

PAYMENTS
A registration is valid and confirmed only when the payment of the registration fee is completed and the invoice issued.
Payments are accepted only by credit card.
The deadline for early registration at a reduced fee refers to the payment date and not to the online registration submission date.
Registration fee is a service and not a good therefore it is subjected to 22% VAT taxes for all countries.
Tax
exempt institutions have to inform the secretariat in advance, indicating the relevant article of the law, to be written into the invoice.

INVOICING
According to the Italian Law, for invoicing we need VAT number (P. IVA) of the Organization who makes the payment.
This is compulsory for EU participants and also for many other non Eu Countries: all registrations without VAT number (P. IVA) cannot be proceeded.

If your Organization doesn't have a VAT number, it should have an identification number or a code under which it is registered in your Country.
If you pay the fee as private person, we need your home address and fiscal code.

LATE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Late registrations and payments are possible only for non-presenting authors.

Late participants have to announce their attendance to the secretariat before the conference starts, at least two weeks before.
Admission to the symposium requires the registration badge which can be handed over if registration form is filled in and payment is done.
Please note: last-minute registrations may affect the availability of some of the items.
Last-minute payments are possible only by credit card.

PUBLICATION
Authors may publish and present one paper for each registration.
A paper not validly registered before the deadline of February 20 cannot be published into CET.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations before April 15, 2015 will be charged by 25% costs.
Beyond such date the registration fee will not be refunded.
But no refund is due in case a paper has been already included into the proceedings for publication.
Only written cancellations will be accepted (a confirmation should reach you after 2 days, otherwise it has to be resubmitted).
Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified to the Secretariat in advance.
Conference material will NOT be mailed, however a delegated colleague can pick it up.
We reserve the right to change the program at any time.

INSURANCE
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants
arising from the Conference. Participants should therefore take whatever actions they consider proper for their insurance.

FOOD & SPECIAL DIET REQUIREMENTS
Lunches & dinner will be served as buffet with a variety of food, suitable also for vegetarian.
However delegates are reminded that some foods may cause an allergic reaction in certain people due to intolerance of some ingredients. If the Delegate has any known allergies, or is intolerant to any food, he/she is required to report it to the Maître as soon as convenient.
It is the responsibility of the Delegate to ensure that he/she actively avoids any food he/ she is allergic to.
But t
he Organizers will take all reasonable care if made aware - in writing and before the Conference starts - of any specific food or ingredient the Delegate has an allergic reaction to.
