PAYMENTS
A successful
registration requires the recorded payment and the invoice issued. Invoices
are issued after the fee payment. Payments can be made by credit card
only.
LATE
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Late registrations and payments are possible only for non-presenting
authors.
Please note that last-minute registrations might affect the availability
of conference materials.
Registrations made later than May 19 2016 will be considered as on-site
registrations and must be paid by credit card only at the Registration
Desk. Minor delays at the Registration Desk, in connection with issuing
of documentation and settlement of accounts, must be anticipated. Invoice
will be issue and sent by email after the end of the Conference.
CANCELLATION
AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be received in writing by Saturday, May 14, 2016.
All cancellations will be assessed a 100 € fee regardless of the
reason for cancelling.Registrations
can be transferred to other delegates at any time, provided they are
notified to the Conference Secretariat in advance.
PHOTO RELEASE
ICMF2016 will take photographs and video
at the Conference. By registering for ICMF2016, you agree to allow ICMF2016
to use your photo and/or video footage of you in ICMF2016 related publications,
materials, websites, or promotions
INSURANCE
Organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private
property of participants during the conference.
FOOD
& SPECIAL DIET REQUIREMENTS
Buffet and seated meals will be served with a variety of
food, suitable also for vegetarians. However delegates are reminded
that some foods may cause allergic reactions in certain people due to
intolerance of some ingredients. If the Delegate has any known allergy,
or is intolerant to any food, he/she is required to report it to the
Maître as soon as convenient. Organizers will take all reasonable
care if made aware - in writing and before the Conference starts - of
any specific food or ingredient the Delegate has an allergic reaction
to. However, it is the responsibility of the Delegate to ensure that
he/she actively avoids any food he/ she is allergic to.
