AIDIC - Food Engineering Working Group

To tackle the challenges of climate change, environmental degradation, biodiversity loss, malnutrition, and noncommunicable diseases, the Food Engineering working group of the Italian Association of Food Engineering (AIDIC-Food Engineering) is committed to contributing to the transformation of food systems.
