L'importo da versare agli Organizzatori è pari all'imponibile della fattura.
L'Iva, se dovuta, sarà pagata dall' ENTE PUBBLICO direttamente all'Erario.

Prima di procedere è necessario avere a disposizione:
- numero di partita IVA dell' ENTE oppure il CODICE FISCALE
- Codice Destinatario (Codice Ufficio CUU/IPA)
- ID Documento (numero di Buono D'ordine)
- (opzionale) Codice Identificativo Gara (CIG)
- (opzionale) Codice Unico di Progetto (CUP)
- verificare se l'Ente è esente da iva, secondo l' articolo 10 del DPR 26/10/1972 n. 633.
In caso di esenzione diversa, mandare un'emali indicando l'artciolo di esenzione da inserire in fattura.

L'ISCRIZIONE E' VALIDA AI FINI DELLE ATTIVITA' CONGRESSUALI SOLO A PAGAMENTO AVVENUTO

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations before March1. 2021 will be charged by 25% costs.
Beyond such date the registration fee will not be refunded.
Only written cancellations will be accepted (a confirmation should reach you after 2 days, otherwise it has to be resubmitted).
Substitutions will be accepted at any time, provided they are notified to the Secretariat in advance.
Conference material will NOT be mailed.
We reserve the right to change the program at any time.
