Registration

All participants who wish to attend the scientific sessions, accompanying persons' programme and social events are required to register for the Conference.

The registration fees for delegates (regular participants and students) include access to technical sessions; conference facilities; book of abstracts; coffee breaks; buffet-lunches; welcome cocktail and conference banquet.

The registration fee for accompanying person includes welcome cocktail and banquet.

Every contribution must have at least one registration associated with it in order to be included in the conference programme/book of abstracts.

To facilitate the set up of the technical program, speakers are invited to register before April 10, 2018 (Early Registration).

Late registration and payment are possible only for non-presenting authors. Please note that last-minute registration might affect the availability of conference materials.

Payment
A successful registration requires the recorded payment and the invoice issued. Payments can be made by credit card only.

Photo release
Workshop SPS 2018 will take photographs and video at the Conference. By registering for the workshop, you agree to allow it to use your photo and/or video footage of you in Workshop SPS 2018 related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.

Insurance
Organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants during the conference.
