EDITORIAL

The content of this Volume focuses on the most recent developments regarding environmental odor monitoring and control.
The aim is to give the opportunity to the scientific and industrial community to read about the main innovations related to odors, in a wide ranging area from field sampling to health and human care.
It is known that the field of odor measurement and assessment is of growing interest in many sectors.
We have assisted in recent years that the scientific interest has widened its scope by proposing the odor evaluation and measurement by means of different techniques such as sensorial and/or instrumental means, adopted for product development, environmental impact, medical diagnosis and indoor air quality assessment.
