NINE2027 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Instructions

  1. Abstracts must be one page long and must be written in English.
  2. Please name the abstract file as First-Author-Surname.extension (e.g., Smith.pdf).
  3. During the submission procedure, you will provide the abstract title, the list of authors with affiliations and addresses, and the preferred topic.
  4. To start the abstract submission, first select the number of authors using the menu below. The submission system allows a maximum of 8 authors in total.
  5. Italian authors are advised to provide their affiliation in Italian rather than English.

COMPULSORY

Consistency of Author Details

In case of multiple given names and/or family names, the form adopted at the first submission is definitive and must be kept unchanged throughout all conference steps, including abstract submission, full paper submission, CET publication, and registration.

The same email address must also be used throughout.

Our software does not detect duplicate records resulting from variations in author names. Following this rule is therefore essential to ensure the smooth operation of the conference workflow.

Submission Confirmation and Acceptance

Confirmation of abstract submission will be displayed immediately after submission. You will NOT receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Authors will be informed of abstract acceptance according to the assigned deadline.
