Every contribution must have at least one registration associated with it in order to be included in the conference programme.

One registration covers one contribution

To facilitate the set up of the technical program, speakers are invited to register before July 15, 2019

Registrations received after August 5th cannot be considered for the Final Programme/Book of Abstracts

A successful registration requires the recorded payment and the invoice issued.
A first receipt valid as proof of registration is the one sent by Paypal; invoice will follow from AIDIC Servizi within 10 days

The policy of this event is to allow payment of the Student Fee by Postdoctoral Fellows/Scholars that are not considered University employees.
A certificate might be required after registration.
Postdoctoral Research Associates that are considered employees by their University should pay the regular registration fee.

Late registrations and payments are possible only for non-presenting Authors/Visitor
Please note that last-minute registration might affect the availability of conference materials.
