REFUND POLICY

Following to the conversion of ESCAPE 30 to virtual symposium, the Organizers recognize a partial refund of the registration paid in origin.

The refund procedure has started on September 15th and the closure is foreseen within next October 15th.

The fiscal documents that will be issued as proof are:
- the credit note of the registration paid in origin;
- the new invoice of the virtual symposium
(Full fee: EUR450; Student fee EUR400).
For Italians, the proof is the credit note with the amount refunded, which goes together with the original invoice.

After the delivery of documents to the participants via email, an amount equal to the difference of the two documents will be credited to the payer who made the first payment.

ESCAPE30 is included into the Framework "VIRVIS" (owned by AIDIC) propely created for the Virtual Presentation of Conferences in a proprietary Web Private Server.
