Registration

All participants who wish to attend the scientific sessions, accompanying persons' programme and social events are required to register for the Conference.

Registration Fee

Every contribution must have at least one registration associated with it in order to be included in the conference programme/proceedings.

The policy of ISCRE25 is to allow payment of the student fee by Postdoctoral Fellows/Scholars that are not considered University employees.
Postdoctoral Research Associates that are considered employees by their University should pay the regular registration fee.

To facilitate the set up of the technical program, speakers are invited to register before March, 2018 (Early-bird Registration).

Late registration and payment are possible only for non-presenting authors. Please note that last-minute registration might affect the availability of conference materials.

Payment
A successful registration requires the recorded payment and the invoice issued. Payments can be made by credit card only.

Photo release
ISCRE25 will take photographs and video at the Conference. By registering for ISCRE25, you agree to allow ISCRE25 to use your photo and/or video footage of you in ISCRE25 related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.

Insurance
Organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to private property of participants during the conference.
